HIGHWAY PRODUCTS LISTING
Paving Baskets
Available with 1-1/4″ and 1-1/2″ diameter dowels to meet CDOT 412 standards; special order baskets are readily available. When inquiring or ordering specify: paving thickness, dowel diameter, on center, and basket length.
Bulk White Cure
US SPEC MaxCure Wax White is a white, wax-based cure that was designed to meet or exceed VOC restrictions. It cleans up without the use of messy and costly solvents, only simple water clean-up is required. MaxCure is recommended where high reflectance of sunlight is desired for temperature reduction of concrete. It is available in 5, 55 and 275 gallon quantities.
Overhang Brackets
The Bridge Overhang Bracket permits for varied adjustability to meet the different bridge overhang forming standards on both structural steel and precast concrete beams. Each version of a bracket gives the contractor preset ease of the brackets to meet the required size on the ground for each specific overhang condition.
Tie Bars
Dalco stocks #4, #5, and #6 epoxy coated (ASTM 934) tie bars in 30” lengths. Special lengths and bends are also available. Longitudinal joints are tied with the bars to prohibit lane separation. The tie bars are organized as specified at the middle depth of pavement thickness.
Patch – Transpatch
Transpatch provides rapid repair of horizontal concrete surfaces. This product is designed to achieve a high early strength and is open to traffic in as little as 1 hour. Transpatch offers superior resistance to de-icing salts, petroleum products and other chemicals prevalent on concrete roadways. In addition, Transpatch will not rust or corrode reinforcing steel under moist, humid conditions. CDOT approved.
Bearing Devices
Bearing devices help to mitigate forces during all structural movements on bridges and other large highway and road structures. Dalco can supply any of the specified bearing devices to meet the job requirements.
